Devine's intervention fuels Mountaineers

WVSports.com MORGANTOWN--Noel Devine led all rushers with 178 yards, including the game-winning 56-yard touchdown that provided No. 22 West Virginia with a 28-24 decision over the Connecticut Huskies. Devine earned 170 of his total yardage in the second half and contributed 191 yards to the team's 387-yard total. Devine set up West Virginia's third quarter score with a 62-yard scamper down the left sideline.
Quarterback Jarrett Brown would find tight end Tyler Urban two plays later for a two-yard score and a 21-17 advantage.
