Season overview
The only real bright spot for UK was a 47-14 win over Kent State on Sept. 8; nobody suspected it at the time, but that's been the Golden Flashes' only loss this season. The Wildcats, however, have played some teams surprisingly close: a 29-24 loss to Georgia on Oct. 20 was the biggest attention-getter, and UK led South Carolina at half three weeks before that.
