Does VU make the same requirement of other non-religious clubs? Example: the biology club's constitution says one of the requirements for leadership or membership is "an interest in the biological sciences". Common sense, customary, routine, logical qualification for joining the biology club, right? How is that requirement any different than the faith requirement for a religous group on campus? No difference at all, very much analagous qualifications. The biology club is discriminatory toward students with no interest in biology.

I suspect VU admin would have no problem with the biology but objects to analagous criteria from a faith based group.
