Vanderbilt lost a heart-breaking, 57-54 decision to Florida on Tuesday night. Here are all the important details.
Key moment Vanderbilt had just cut the lead to two after Kyle Fuller hit two free throws. There was exactly a minute to play when Florida got the ball with a 54-52 lead. With the shot clock under 10, UF's Scottie Wilbekin started to penetrate from the right wing and found himself cut off by a double-team and a trail defender. Wilbekin left his feet and swung his torso left and threw the ball to Dorian Finney-Smith, who buried an open 3 from the left side and that would be the winning margin.
