Things are going great for Vanderbilt football right now, as the program is just a few weeks away from playing in its first bowl game in 26 years. Things are also going well in the world of recruiting and it could get only better with a few more key additions to a already promising class.

The Vanderbilt staff currently has 13 known verbal commitments for the 2009 recruiting class after receiving commitments from top offensive line prospects Wesley Johnson and Mylon Brown last week. All 13 prospects have been considered impact level additions for next year, but the staff also has several other prospects in mind to join them.
