Commodores land 15th commit

The Vanderbilt Commodores picked up their 15th commitment on Saturday in Bishop Gorman (Nev.) lineman Jackson Perry.
The three-star prospect has been on the Commodores radar since the summer and took an unofficial to Vanderbilt earlier this season when they hosted the Florida Gators.

Perry received an offer from the Commodores on December 18th and at 6-foot-2, 275-pounds, he's seen as a nice fit as a nose tackle in Vanderbilt's 3-4 scheme.
He helped guide his Bishop Gorman team to a perfect 15-0 season, a Division 1 state title, and a #1 national ranking. He recorded 32 tackles and one sack on defense and helped anchor the offensive line for the Gaels throughout the season.
Along with Vanderbilt, Perry also held offers from Colorado State, Utah State, and Nebraska on the FBS level. He was also wanted by Ivy League programs as well, holding offers from Yale, Columbia, and Harvard.
